9/23/2017 11:29:22 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 23: Contrary to the tall claims of BJP leadership, none of the party ministers have reportedly raised the demand of declaring official holiday on the birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh.
Credible sources in the corridors of power said that from January to September 23, none of the BJP minister has dared to take up this issue with Chief Minister because priority of these ministers are transfers and postings of their blue-eyed officers on important positions.
Sources said that PDP ministers have not cleared their stand on declaring holiday on September 23 but it was all due to selfishness of BJP ministers that the issue could not resolved before September 23. "Had BJP ministers taken up this issue in the cabinet, the matter would have been solved earlier", sources said and revealed that BJP ministers never discussed this issue in the cabinet meetings which were held after passing of the resolution on January 24 this year.
Credible sources said that in every cabinet meeting, priority of BJP ministers were to get their own officers posted on plum positions so they never discussed any issue which is pertaining to the common masses of Jammu.
