Is Farooq's sermon acceptable to Pakistan?

Farooq Abdullah, has a solution for the Kashmir issue. According to him, whatever portion of the undivided state of Jammu and Kashmir is with Pakistan as Pakistan occupied Kashmir remain part of Pakistan and let the area with India be part of the Indian union. But he has a rider. He says the final solution would be possible if the state of Jammu and Kashmir, that is part of India, is granted autonomy. He being a member of the Lok Sabha seems to throw to winds the resolution adopted by the Parliament in 1994 under which India has committed to secure incorporation of Pakistan occupied Kashmir. And securing incorporation of Pakistan occupied Kashmir may ultimately result in the settlement of the Kashmir issue. And Dr Farooq is right when he believes that neither India can secure incorporation of Pakistan occupied Kashmir nor Pakistan can secure incorporation of Jammu and Kashmir from India. Before India takes notice of Dr Farooq's suggestion let Pakistan make a commitment on NC President's sermon. Well Pakistan has never reconciled with a part of the undivided state remaining part of India. And that is the source of trouble.
While many politicians are critical of Farooq Abdullah's statement he finds a lone supporters in veteran actor Rishi Kapoor who has agreed with National Conference Patron Farooq Abdullah's statement that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) belongs to Pakistan. Kapoor tweeted, "Farooq Abdhulla ji, Salaam! Totally agree with you,sir. J&K is ours and PoK is theirs.
This is the only way we can solve the problem. Accept it! "He added that he is now 65-years-old and wished to see Pakistan once in his life, and hoped his children too would get to see their roots." Bas karva Dijiye. Jai Mata Di! Well if veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has supported Farooq's views he is at liberty because the basic idea behind his support to Farooq is his long wish to visit Pakistan where his ancestors were born.Rishi Kapoor wants his children to visit Pakistan to find their roots. It seems that whatever Farooq' views are concerned they are unilateral. He seems to have no brief from authorities in Islamabad otherwise he would have made a categorical anmouncement that if POK was given to Pakistan the issue may be settled. But hitherto, India has had no reports from Pakistan whether it supports Farooq's ideas. India is convinced that Pakistan wants a major chunck of the paradise on the earth. Even border adjustment with India giving to Pakistan some stretches of border areas, that belong to India,is not acceptable to Pakistan. And over the years the successive rulers in Islamabad have stated that Kashmir is its life-line and hence Pakistan's survival is dependable on the incorporation of Kashmir valley. If Farooq Abdullah says that Hurriyat leaders and other separatists are vital stakeholders of the Kashmir issue is Farooq convinced that Pakistan may sit silent if Jammu and Kashmir, which is part of India, is given autonomy. Neither the separatists nor Pakistan are interested in autonomy. While the separatists want UN resolutions to be implemented Pakistan wants whole of Kashmir.
