Jammu, Nov 13: Shree Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Management Trust, Gandhinagar, Jammu is organising the Golden Jubilee of Shree Lakshmi Narayan Temple with great religious fervor and gaiety. Foundation stone of the temple was laid on 18th November, 1967 by Ch. Bharat Bhushan, the then Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
The Trust at its recent meeting has chalked out a detailed programme to celebrate the 'Swarn Jayanti' of the Temple commencing from Thursday, the 16thNovember, 2017. Addressing a press conference at Temple Complex here today, the President of the Trust, Th. Gulchain Singh Charak said that in the last five decades this Temple has grown in popularity in and out outside the State as well as in size transforming it into a vast and impressive Temple Complex with five beautiful temples. The Complex has also two Halls with Guest House facility with AC rooms, besides, 40 shops constructed as remunerative assets. Recently, a new beautiful marbled pathway has been laid for which the Trust is obliged to Kavinder Gupta, Hon'ble Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
