Jammu, Nov 13: Jammu and Kashmir Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) official selected in- eligible candidate for Vocational Trainer under Health care trade in Government Higher Secondary School, without fulfilling of eligibility criteria.
According to sources, RMSA hired Skill tree consulting Pvt Ltd agency for recruitment of Vocational Trainer in health care sector of 11 districts of Jammu and Kashmir in which the agency fixed eligibility B.Sc, M.Sc Nursing fresher or GNM with one year of experience and August 17, 2017 is the last date to fill the application form.
Sources further said that the Jammu and Kashmir state paramedical council Government Medical College, Jammu had declare result of GNM-IV year under notification No: 128/SPMC Dated 07/10/2017.
It is very surprising that the in eligible candidate without passing of GNM degree applied for Vocational Trainer in RMSA and the agency without verifying their degree and experience had selected the candidate and forwarded a copy of selected candidates to RMSA.
"RMSA release selection list of vocational Trainers and allotted schools under vide notification No. Edu/SPD/RMSA/VE6206-31/17, dated 23/10/2017. The in- eligible candidate who have passed GNM-IV year on Oct 7, 2017 and was selected as vocational Trainer under Health care trade on Oct23, 2017", sources said, adding that how it is possible that the agency consider experience of the in- eligible candidate without passing of GNM degree.
Sources further said that around dozens of candidates, having more than two year experience was ignored by agency and selected blue eyed candidates.
Skill Tree Consulting Pvt Ltd state project coordinator, Khaleeq Haroon said that he was not authorize for any comments, please contact agency Manager, she said that the candidate in written test have good scored on the basis of the candidate was selected. When asked her for verifying of degree and experience of the candidates who have selected. She said that the process of verifying their degree and experience yet not done.
State Project Director RMSA, he was not available for comments despite repeated calls by the jurno.
