Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 13: Learned Counsel for the Petioner, Nitin Bhasin, Adv submitted that the Petitioner is a Nursing College which has applied for an Essentiality /No Objection Certificate from the State Government as far back in April, 2016. It is stated that no decision has yet been taken by the respondents despite the fact that all requisite formalities have since been completed. Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel of the petitioner granted three weeks time to Sanjeev Padha, learned GA on behalf of the official respondents for filing objections. Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed that in the meantime, subject to objections and till next date before the Bench, the decision with regard to the issuance of the no objection certificate/essentiality certificate, if not already taken in the case of the petitioner, be taken. Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed the authorities to pass appropriate orders positively within a period of ten days and the copy of this order to be provided to learned counsel for the respondents under the seal and signatures of Bench Secretary same day. |
