Jammu, Jan 23: A labour inspector has landed in trouble for allegedly using fake educational qualification certificates for fetching job.
According to sources privy to the development, a labour Inspector posted in Jammu appears to entangle in trouble as the qualification certificate submitted by her at the time of seeking job has been allegedly found to be fake.
"The educational qualification certificates submitted by the officer at the time of seeking this job are found to be fake, which has been already confirmed by the concerned University," said sources.
Quoting from reply of an RTI, which is in possession of Early Times, sources said that the RTI reply reveals that Seema Kharyal, who is posted in Labour and Employment Office Jammu as Labour Officer had submitted fake qualification certificates at the time of seeking job.
"The Labour Inspector had submitted Degree of Bachelors in Commerce under Roll Number 73809 from Bundelkhand University," said sources, adding that however, the Secrecy Department of Bundelkhand University in its reply to an RTI revealed that there is no record of degree of Bachelors in Commerce in favour of Seema Kharyal under Roll No. 73809 year 1999.
Sources further said that she was appointed in the department on 30-09-2000 and if after verification the things proved true, she may lose her job and can be implicated under law for forgery.
