Jammu, Feb 20: 3-day interactive session on 'Stress Management' and importance of yoga and meditation' was organized in the Govt High School, Channi Rama by the Art of Living in collaboration with PMKVY. The dedicated team of AOL volunteers, Dr Kanika Sharma and Er. Vikhyat Vaid held these interactive sessions. The main focus of the session was on healthy life style, yogic asanas, pranayam, meditation and various other aspects and dimensions to cope up with the stress of the individual. It also aim to help the students to rise to their potential through interactive games, creative assignments, group discussions and stress elimination techniques such as physical exercises, pranayama and meditation. Dr. Kanika teaches them about various techniques of leading healthy life by adopting balanced food, positive understanding, goodwill gestures and good interpersonal relations with each other. |
