Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 19: The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a protest in Jammu city against the Pakistani shelling in the Mendhar area of Poonch district along the LOC. The party workers raised anti Pakistan slogans and burnt the flag expressing their anger. The people have to shift and migrate from their residences and abandon their fields and cattle due to regular feature of ceasefire violation," he stated. He said the neighbouring country had crossed all limits and had been indulging into repeated skirmishes on the border. "India is under a double attack as Pakistan army is continuously violating the ceasefire on the border while militants are killing our soldiers and people. A direct war is the only way to stop Pakistan from carrying such condemnable acts. The emotions of people are running high after the barbaric act, the government should try and act quickly, Gupta said. The party people who were present at the time of protest were Roop Lal, Bacchan, Sukhdev, Tarseem, Kewal, Naresh, Bantu, Kalu, Ravi, Ram Paul, Abhishek and various others were present. |
