5/17/2018 11:04:19 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, May 17: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) today staged a protest demonstration against the announcement of ceasefire violation.
The students raised slogans against the decision of giving a religious touch to the Indian Military Operations carried out by Indian Army in Kashmir. Deepak while addressing the students said that the decision so imposed by the government on Indian army is purely with the intention of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to slow down operation all out in the valley.
He further added that such ceasefire was imposed back in the year 2000 during the Atal Behari Vajpayee government which led to the killing of 828 people in the valley, and similar instance of weapon snatching and attack on Indian army in Shopian yesterday is a hint to the government that this cease fire will fail. Others who addressed the students were Piyush Khajuria, Vidash Dalmotra, Suyash Gupta, Nandita Sharma.
