Srinagar, June 21: A day after taking over as the head of the J&K Government, Governor NN Vohra Thursday ordered transfers in the civil administration of the state.
Dheeraj Gupta (IAS), Principal Secretary (Coordination), Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board. He, as per the order, will also hold the additional charge of as Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Rohit Kansal (IAS), Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, as per the order, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
"He will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol, Estates and Civil Aviation Departments. He will also function as Principal Secretary (Grievances) and shall supervise the functioning of restructured Grievance Cell of J&K Government," read the order.
Similarly, Khurshid Ahmad Shah (IAS), Commissioner Secretary General Administration Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department.
Sanjeev Verma, IAS, Commissioner Secretary Public Works (R&B) is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vice Hemant Kumar Sharma, who has been transferred and posted as Secretary ARI and Trainings Department.
Hemant replaces Javed Ahmad Panjoo (IFS) who, as per the order, shall report to the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department.
"Hilal Ahmad Parray (IAS), Officer on Special Duty in the General Administration Department, is posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, GAD," the order read.
Syed Sehrish Asgar, IAS, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam vice Mohammad Harun, who, as per the order, has been transferred and posted as Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
