WSGN appeals to Governor for improvement, repair of public works | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 18: The Welfare Society Guru Nanak Nagar (WSGN) held its monthly executive meeting under the presidentship Balwinder Singh Rinku expressed concern over dilapidated conditions of streets street lights and drainage of Nanak Nagar which stands long ignored by the concerned departments. As per press statement issued here, AS Khera Advocate Chairman said that the position of fluctuating and shortage of electricity with untimely power cuts also deserve immediate redressal. Sanjeev Talwar said that on account of unscheduled power cuts sometimes water supply of some areas is also getting disrupted. The Society appealed to NN Vohra to kindly pass directions to the concerned departments for repair and development of streets, drain, street lights and proper supply of electricity. Others present in the meeting were Ajay Mahajan senior Vice President, Pawan Sharma, Hardeep Singh Vice president, Raju Katyal Secretary and others. |
