NCP demands abrogation of Article 35 A

Jammu, Aug 27: Senior NCP leader met under the chairmanship of Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP chief J&K state. He condemned the some central parties like Congress and regional parties like NC particularly those who have lost power and also the Hurriyat people.
Article 370 and 35A is responsible for the main source of corruption in Jammu and Kashmir state and ignoring the vital region Jammu and Ladakh . Since the legislature powers are with governor state NCP demands minister demanded from the newly appointed governor Satyapal Malik that Dr Farooq Abdullah managed a law in 2002 in the Legislature Assembly that whosoever after losing the job of chief minister in Jammu and Kashmir, He or she will get same pay and perks as the working chief minister even the residential houses , full staff and security which was being enjoyed when they were Chief ministers. Mr Singh demands from the Governor to withdraw all these facilities by an ordinance from all previoud chief ministers.
In this connection state NCP has submitted a memorandum to the Unio Home minister Rajnath Singh.
