Jammu, Aug 27: Arav Vaid and Sohail, students of class XI of JP World School, have won Jammu City round of Annual Inter School CCCC Cryptic Cross Word Contest 2018. The city level contest was organized by Extra-C in association of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodoya Vidyalaya Samiti and Doordarshan on 27th August at Heritage School, Jammu. In city round, twenty CBSE schools of Jammu and nearby areas participated wherein students of JP World School proved their mettle by clinching first position by scoring 18 out of 20 marks. The team consisting of Arav Vaid and Sohail has qualified for National level contest which will be held in New Delhi in the month of December 2018. The school principal Jitinder Singh Hundal congratulated the students and teacher Incharge Priya Sharma on the marvelous performance of the team and wished them good luck for the national level. |
