Several BJP leaders join Congress in Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Sept 2: In a major setback to ruling BJP in Kishtwar District, several of its party workers including hardcore workers joined Congress party in Pullar area of Nagsini in Kishtwar District.
The joining was made in presence of senior Congress leader and member PCC Mohammad Aslam Malik while senior party leaders Tariq Hussain Mintoo, Surjeet Singh Badyal, Ghulam Hussan Shah and Shankar Singh Wazir who visited the area and appraised the people about the pro people agenda of the India,s oldest party.
Pullar area of the Nagsini is considered as one of the backward area in the state with no road connectivity and other basic facilities. Speaking on this occasion, Mohammad Aslam Malik said that the anti people policies of the BJP is forcing the people to leave the party. He said that the party fails to fulfill its promises made by them with the people added that the corruption is at its peak during last four years of BJP rule. He said that the win of Congress party in Ladakh Hill Development Counsel has proven the winds of change in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that party has regain its base in the state and said that with the support of the people, party will come into power in the state so that they could deliver on public front in the same manner they did during the tenure of Ghulam Nabi Azad as Chief Minister of the state.
Those who joined Congress include Papu Kumar, Sewa Ram, Vijay Kumar, Sandesh Kumar, Bushan Kumar, Dippu Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Amar Singh, Dara Singh, Roshan Lal, Gulab Chand, Ghulam Hussain, Ismail and others.
Speaking on this occasion, the newly joined people said that they are feed up with the false promises of BJP who fails to fulfill its promise with regard to development of the Pullar area.
They said that BJP tried to lure and befool once again and make every efforts to sabotage their joining into Congress which was unanimously defeated by them as they don't want to fall into BJP,s trape once again.
