| Man shot dead on LoC in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir | | | Agencies
Army shot dead a man who they claimed was trying to cross over into this side of Line of Control (LoC) in Keri sub-sector area of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said that the army noticed the movement of two persons in Kass area near famous Veer Badreshwar temple.
They said that the army opened fire on them after they were challenged.
Reports said that one of the two persons was killed and another managed to flee to the other side.
The body of the slain person has been handed over to the police, they said, adding that his identity is being ascertained. |
