Art 35-A brainchild of Pakistan adopted by Nehru: Ankur Sharma
9/8/2018 10:47:15 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 8: The failure of Government of India to contest and reject the Muslim separatist claim that Article 35-A was a result of an agreement between India and Pakistan vindicates our stand that Article 35-A, after Article 370, was applied to Jammu and Kashmir only to facilitate the creation of a Muslim State on the territory of India.
We ask Govt. of India to clarify was Article 35-A a result of an Agreement between India and Pakistan? If so, why the nation was not taken into confidence? Why was the Parliament, the supreme law making body of the nation, also kept in the dark while perpetrating this fraud? How is it that the people of Jammu and Kashmir don't know that an agreement was arrived at between India and Pakistan over their heads? The colossal betrayal has all through been subverting the nation from within as well as outside, said Advocate Ankur Sharma, Chairman IkkJutt Jammu while addressing a press conference here today.
While Article 370 created Muslim state within the Indian nation by keeping Jammu and Kashmir out of the political and constitutional organization of India, 35-A converted the constitution of Jammu and Kashmir into a Shariat compatible regime. This regime rendered non-Muslims as third grade subjects, no different from Dhimmis, he said. The persecution, marginalization and exclusion of non-Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir is a direct fall-out of the willful fraudulent creation of the Muslim state of Jammu and Kashmir through Article 370 and Article35-A by the Congress leadership at the helms at that time. Keeping the nation in the dark about the most sinister conspiracy is a betrayal of the nation for which Nehru and his cronies need to be tried posthumously to undo the wrongs. Ankur Sharma said that Non-Muslim population of Jammu and Kashmir have to realize that they are not only face to face with the issue of systematic discrimination but also worst form of a servitude of a Muslim State and the situation has now climaxed to the point that their very survival, their religion and culture are at stake. Roshini Act, 14th Feb, 2018 minutes of Ministry of Tribal affairs in Jammu and Kashmir, Muslim demographic Invasion of Jammu, ruthless exclusion from the administrative organization of the State are only symptoms of living in subjugation. Our struggle is now a struggle of survival against Muslim communal designs abetted not only from outside but also from within. Denying the people a sincere and transparent CBI enquiry into the Rasana case is an expression of the connivance of Government of India in the sinister design of denigrating the Hindus of Jammu. Ikk Jutt Jammu is born to liberate the non-Muslims living in Jammu and Kashmir from the slavery of Muslim State. I appeal to all to join IkkJutt Jammu in large numbers so that we destroy the shackles of slavery and redeem the nation and civilization of India, he added. Others present were Ashwani Sharma, Ajaat Jamwal, Ravish Kumar.
