AJKRKPTU delegation meets Advisor Vyas, submits memorandum

JAMMU, Sept 23: A delegation of All J&K Rehri Khokha and Phari Trade Union (AJKRKPTU) met the Advisor to Governor, BB Vyas and submitted a memorandum to him.
During the meeting, Neeraj Gupta, a social activist and state president of the union, along with its office bearers and members raised the problems which Rehri, Khokha and Phari workers are facing.
The delegation said that in the name of beautification these people are displaced by the administration. Advisor Vyas listened to the delegation in detail and assured them that he will definitely do something for rehabilitation of the unemployed youth and displaced Rehri, Khokha and Phari workers. Vyas appreciated the efforts made by the union to rehabilitate the un-employed youths of the state who were displaced by the administration in the name of development. He assured that he will raise the matter before Governor so that the government might work on to make policy for the unemployed youth who were affected by the action of administration in the name of development.
Vyas immediately forwarded the copy of the memorandum to the Vice Chairman JDA and issued directions to extend best possible help to the needy poor and unemployed youth of the state.
