State volleyball association hails victory of VFI

Jammu, Oct 18: The office bearers of Volleyball Association of J&K has hailed victory of Volleyball Federation of India.
According to press release, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sidharth Daluja President, Kuldip Magotra Chief Executive officer, H. S Gill Executive Vice President, V K Magotra Gen Secretary, RC Sharma Treasurer and others have a victory of truth over evil on the eve of Dusshera. In a landmark judgment by Hon'ble Delhi High Court a copy of which was issued today. Now decks are cleared for Mr. S. Vasudevan to assume the office of President of VFI till 2021.In an appeal filed, the Delhi High Court has upheld the election of President held at Chennai on 11/4/2016 removing thereof Avadesh Choudhary from the post, President Volleyball Federation of India.
The office bearers of VAJK place on record the untiring services of Ramavtar Jakhar Secretary General VFI who inspired VFI flock to continue their contribution from promotion,/nourishment of Volleyball game in India and abroad during the period of turmoil, /litigation since April 2016. The office bearers Salute Mr. Jakhar, S. Vasudevan & their dedicated team of VFI for this victory. & express their confidence the Volleyball game will flourish in India with advent of pro IVL where all Volleyball lovers feel proud /honour in surpassing new heights in Volleyball arena.
The VAJK expects with taking over command of VFI S Vasudevan as President with his vast experience, passion for Volleyball & association with corporate sector will scale new heights in the game. The VAJK is behind the VFI in glorifying Volleyball game with commencement of Cricket like IPL pattern in India shortly.
