Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 22: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) members today staged protest demonstration against what they alleged harassing tactics of unholy nexuses between 'land grabbers - Police - a part of revenue related districts' administration and Politicians'.
The protesters were carrying placards which reads, "State Police must be made accountable before the civil administration on the pattern of old British/Maharaja rule" " Bandh Karo-Bhand Karo, Gareeb aur Shareef aur Se Na-insaafi Bandh Karo" "Bharashtachaar Ka Ek Hi Kaal, Kejriwal - Kejriwal" "Be-imaanoon Ko Na Muaaf Karain Ge - Jhadoo Se Hum Saaf Karain Ge" etc. were displayed & loudly raised.
Deep Singh the founder member & National Council member-AAP stated that we had submitted a detailed memorandum to the state Governor through worthy Divisional Commissioner, Jammu regarding the genuine & burning demand of common state citizens for early administrative measures to check the menace of ongoing illegal, anti social and white collared militancy type cruel practice of 'Land grabbers Mafia-Police-a part revenue department related districts' administration & Politicians' nexuses causing harassment within society within Jammu province in particular since last three decades.
"We have also registered our strong resentment against the recent vague suggestions of so-called high level state committee on streamlining the functioning of 'corruption ridden revenue department' a total misleading attempt against the ground realities rather insincere attitude of top bureaucrats towards the state Governor", he said.
