| JKSWDC organizes awareness camp | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Nov 9: J&K State Women's Development Corporation organized an awareness camp at Village Rakh Badali Panchyat Badali Constituency Udhampur, District Udhampur , to aware the women folk about the schemes being implemented by them. The Chief Guest of the camp was Subash Gupta Asstt. Sericulture Officer. Speaking on the occasion Ravi Kumar District Manager Women's Dev. Corporation Udhampur, highlighted various schemes being implemented by JKWDC viza viz NMDFC, NBCFDC, NHFDC WEP, and Education loan schemes launched by JKWDC for socio-economic upliftment of women. Subash Gupta Asstt. Sericulture Officer .who requested the women to come forward and take the benefits of the loan schemes provided at nominal rate of interest. Also spoke about Beti Padao Beti Bachao and Swach Bharat Abhiyan. Others who attended the camp were Ashok Parimoo Sericulture , Munshi Ram Social Worker JKWDC Staff Kamran Bhatti & other prominent peoples. The women were made aware about state / centrally sponsored schemes launched and sponsored by the women's Development Corporation for upliftment of women. At last refreshment was served to the gathering. |
