| JIAR celebrates piles day | | | Early Times Report
jammu, Nov 20: PG department of shalya tantra of Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research celebrated world piles day. The programme commenced with lamp lightening and ritual worship of Lord Dhanwantri. On this event various power presentations and poster presentations were given by PG scholars and students of final year BAMS. Since education is not only the learning of facts but the learning of mind to think, a thought of enthusiastic presentation was also given by Dr SudeGupta Associate Prof.Shalya Tantra department .The whole session was organised with a main theme to acquainted the students and the faculty with the piles which is one of the most common ailment of the rectum and anal canal affecting as much as half of the population world wide .
The whole event was coordinated by Dr Pooja Gupta Assistant Prof. and Dr Sukrant Sharma Asst. Prof of PG department of Shalya Tantra. The session was organiaed under the supervision of Chairperson JIAR Mrs Suman Sharma. Managing Directors Mr Raviand Mr Ritesh, Principal JIAR Dr Raghuvir Singh, Vice Principal Dr Nitin Mahajan. The session was concluded by vote of thanks by honourable Principal Dr Raghuvir Singh. |
