JMC Mayor felicitated by locals of Ward No 50

Jammu, Nov 20: Newly elected JMC Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta was felicitated by the locals of Ward No. 50 Channi Himmat. He was accompanied by Ward No. 50 BJP Corporator Neena Gupta, State Vice President BJYM Adv. Ishant Gupta & BJP Gandhinagar Mandal General Secretary Kulbir Charak. During the occasion, an interactive session to know about the difficulties and problems being faced and ways to solved them was held followed by tour of Sector 7 and adjoining areas to know about the exact situation at ground level. Neena Gupta while representing on behalf of the residents of Ward No. 50 Channi Himmat apprised Mr. Gupta about the problems being faced which includes sanitation & cleanliness, installation or repair of street lights, and problems related to water and roads, Lanes & Drains, Dumping Points and numerous others. She requested him for Government Hospital to provide medical aid to locals in case of emergency, and to provide fire brigade, & autos or vehicles for the lifting of garbage. She on the day thanked the residents of Channi Himmat for their trust and blessings which they have given her and also assured them that she will work (24X7) for the betterment of Channi Himmat. Speaking on the occasion, Chander Mohan Gupta expressed his full faith in the leadership of newly elected Corporators and said that they will prove to be an asset of the Corporation and hoped that Jammu will become a smart city soon.
