Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 14: Janta Dal (United) JD(U) State President G M Shaheen alongwith other senior party leaders on Friday visited Kathua constituency to felicitate the newly elected Sarpanch and Panchs of the party who have contested in the recent concluded Panchayat elections in the state of J&K.
Shaheen while addressing the august gathering in function at Kathua organised by Jammu Provincial Youth State President Nigesh Samral stressed upon the party leaders, workers including newly elected Sarpanch, Panchs and Corporators to gear up political activities ahead of Parliament and Assembly elections which is scheduled to be held on next year 2019. He further congratulated the people of J&K in general and Kathua constituency in particular for reposing their faith in JDU party which is the single National party to understand the problems of stakeholders who are still deprived of their fundamental rights due the apathy attitude of previous governments ruling in the state. "We will not leave any stone unturned to address the issue and problems being faced by people of the state if voted to power in 2019," he assured and said that the JDU is committed and bound to fulfill the requirements of the people of the state as per their willingness and aspirations.
He further stressed upon the party leaders and workers not fall fray into the nefarious designs of mainstream political parties including Congress and BJP who have always remained the people of the state mercy of God for their vested interest since decades.
