Kathua, Dec 15: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kathua has organizined "Awareness and Education Programme on Positivity" on 15th of December, 2018 at Community Hall Sahar, Block Kathua. In which over 153 persons both male and female from different youth clubs participated.
Ghani Shyam Singh Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua was Chief Guest and inaugurated the programme. In his address, he stressed upon the youth that life is very precious so make it successful with positive mindset. Be optimistic and do hard work and continuously strive for achieving the goals, there are equal opportunities for all youth and with planning and hard work achieve the goals. He also appeals to the youth to prepare for the future challenges and keep update with the changes of scenario. Kuldeep Singh from Bharam Kumaries delivered lecture on, Spirit on Sewa Bhaav with positive mindset and volunteerism. Resource Person from Civil Defense demonstrates and delivered lecture on Disaster and other calamities, rescue operations and security. Dr. Amit from JKEDI delivered lecture on undertaking entrepreneurship with positive mindset and hard work to ensure self stand and provide employment to others. Surjeet Kumar from District Employment delivered lecture on carrier counseling and guidance and self-employment schemes launched by the Govt. |
