KPs organizations discuss commemoration of Holocaust Day

Jammu, Jan 12: A meeting of all socio-political organisations of Kashmiri Pandits was convened by Advocate Ravinder Raina, President All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference, to chalk out the strategy for a joint commemoration of the Holocaust Day on 19th January 2019 at 11 am outside the Rajbhawan Jammu on the Panjtirthi side.
It was resolved to jointly highlight the pathos of forced exodus & ethnic cleansing of the peace loving community at the behest of enemies of the nation by holding a protest demonstration by the community members in the 30th year of exile.
All the heads of the KP organisations appealed to the community members to join the protest demonstration on 19th January in large numbers to express solidarity for the survival of the Kashmiri Pandits.
A memorandum was also finalised in the meeting to be presented to the Governor.
Besides the Executive body of ASKPC, other prominent organisations were represented by R.L. Pandita, Chairman Prem Nath Bhat Memorial Trust, Sunderi Lal Koul, Secretary PNBMT; M.K. Jalali President Sharika Peeth; T.N.Koul President TRT Muthi; Kuldeep Raina Chairman Samajik Vikas Sanstha; A.K.Sidha President Mattan Trust and youth wing & Women Wing presidents of ASKPC.
