AIBCU cautions BJP against non-implementation of Mandal commission report
Dr.Banarsi Lal 1/24/2019 11:11:28 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 24: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) has welcomed the implementation of 10 percent quota for economically backward but cautioned the Union government for their failure to implement Mandal Commission report in J&K.
A meeting of AIBCU was held today in which the speakers expressed their views. They argued that in JK the General category people are already getting 80% quota. Besides PM Modi had promised to implement Mandal Report in JK State but contrary to that BJP supported Govt. passed two reservations bills, one for Paharis @ 3% & another over the name of unreserved categories @ 6%, both bills favour the people who are getting 80% quota.
Union also appended Dr. Jitendra to enhance economic base reservation to 15% according to their population & rest of the quota must be distributed to OBCs, SCs & STs according to their population.
It was also stated that the rule of the Apex Court not to go beyond 50% quota reservation is now over with 10% economic base quota; no every category should be given their due share according to their population.
In JK State till date all Political Parties including BJP have cheated the OBCs (Called OSCs) by not implementing Mandal report & only 2% is being give which never matures. So OBCs are appealed to remain vigilant for 2019 Lok Sabha Elections to teach a lesson to the treacherous Political Parties.
Those who shared their views were Principal Darshan Lal Mehra, Hm Sandokh Chand, Mohd. Rafiq Dhobi, Nazam-ud-din, Master Sain Dass, S Amrik Singh, S Gurmeet Singh, MR Bangotra (Retd. CEO), Gen. Secretary and many others.
