| DPS Udhampur organizes workshop on positive parenting | | |  Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Feb 4: Delhi Public School (DPS) Udhampur organized a workshop on positive parenting with the topic "Effective Parenting Techniques and Child Psychology Development" for parents and the students of classes VI to VIII. The work shop was conducted by the principal of the school Dr Kunal Anand. The aim behind the workshop was to guide the parents that how to deal with their kids and for students that they should obey their parents. He also shared that every parent should know that what is going on in their child's daily life. He stated that as far possible, engage them in conversation about what they learned, whom their friends are, what they had for lunch etc.
It is worthwhile mentioning here that this was the 2nd Workshop in the series of workshops scheduled for the parents of the school. The pro-vice chairman of the school Dr JC Gupta assured the parents that this is just the beginning at DPS Udhampur. The students and the parents will be part of many such orientation programme and workshops in upcoming academic session. |
