Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 23: Following his predecessors, the incumbent Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has once again not touched the influential headmasters in recent transfer order and has offered them plum posting in their home districts.
Sources informed that DSEJ wide order No. 912 DSEJ of 2019 dated 15/02/2019 transferred nearly 101 headmasters and equivalents but ironically most of them have once again managed posting within district limits. " Some of them have been posted within 10 Kms of their native places due to their close proximity with the power corridors ", they added. The order reveals that from serial number one to 10, the Directorate of School Education has transferred most of headmasters posted in Doda district, within the district limits.
"Similarly those pisted in Jammu district have not gone out of the district limits, " said a Headmaster who has been posted in far flung areas from last more than three years.
Pointing towards serial numbers 17 in recent order Kuldeep Singh who was posted as ZEPO Marh has been once transferred Bhalwal as ZEPO, Jammu against available vacancy while Naseem Begum posted in High School Marjali got new place of posting in High School Agore, Bhalwal, Jammu against available vacancy. Renu Manahas at serial 22, was posted in Girls High School Baliyal, Marh got new place of posting as ZEPO Marh Jammu vice Kuldeep Singh while Roop Lal at serial number 24 was posted at High School Ban Sultan has been gotten new place of posting at Boys High Schools Phinder Jammu vice Smt. Veena Kumari. Another Headmaster namely Veena Kumari at serial number 26 who was posted in BHS Phinder got new place of posting at BHS Jammu Cantt. against available vacancy whereas at serial number 51 Abdul Rashid was posted as ZEPO Rajouri got new place of posting in HS Gurdanbala Rajouri against available vacancy. Sources further said that the above mentioned name is tip of iceberg of whole transferred made by DSEJ but actually the whole order was prepared to oblige influential ones and offers choicest posting at its home tone that too at few Kilometre distance whereas deserving ones weren't included in the recent order.
