ESRM stages Nukad "Rang Mey Bung Nahi" | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 18: Ek Sath Rang Mandal presented it's 343rd Monday Theatre with Vijay Malla's new progressive nukad on Holi Festival "Rang Mey Bung Nahi" under Monday theatre series at Pacca Talab JDA Park Jammu. Holi is a festival of colors celebrated all over country. Different color powder is thrown on each other, sweets are distributed among friends and relatives. No doubt HOLI is one of the important festival in India but it's celebration has bad affect on our environment and human life. In this nukad we create awareness for all sects of people in the society. What is dangerous using chemical colors Noise pollution and wastage of water. Holika Dehan adds carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in the air around us. When we use loudspeakers and loud musical instruments it creates noise pollution. Noise pollution is harmful for infants and senior citizens, in early times we used organic colors made from flowers but today we use chemically prepared colors which are highly toxic. These colors are totally harmful for your skin your eyes and other parts of body. By filling balloons and throwing buckets of water is wastage of water. Color water also is harmful to our water bodies and soil. Chemically made colors can cause ashtama, skin irritation, rashes, swelling and allergy in your eyes. These colors contain lead oxide, copper sulphate, allmunium bromide and mercury sulphide. Precautions we must take is to save trees reduce the size of Holika avoid using loudspeakers to stop noise pollution. |
