According to sources, they were empanelled as amateur in May 2018 with Directorate of Tourism, Kashmir.
"Besides this project, they had already completed many other projects and have already submitted the same," said sources, adding that but till date the department has not cleared the pending payment, citing pendency of enquiry report, which was constituted in September 2018.
The department has constituted a committee to enquire vide order no 265-Tsm of 2018 into the issues of empanelment of Event Management Company, Photographers, Videographers, Bloggers and Creative Designers, said sources in the department.
"Making pretext of this enquiry, the department is not releasing his payment," said sources, adding that they had repeatedly approached administrator for the release of payment, but they have to face disappointment every time, as the people at helm of affairs are least bothered about the carrier of empanelled.
