RAMBAN, Apr 20: A group of 13 local youth were flagged off to Okhla, New Delhi on a six month training in various courses by GOC, Counter Inaurgency Force (Delta), in presence of prominent local citizens here today. During the training the youth will be provided free boarding and lodging facilities to the youth by an International NGO, Don Bosco Tech Society (DBTS). After the training the youth will be provided employment also preceded by a stipend. According to Manager, DBTS, Amit Parimu, the DBTS has so far trained 445 unemployed youth of J&K since its inception in J&K in 2018. The NGO, DBTS trains youth above 18 years of age in the trades of Electrician, Automobile Mechanic, Desk Top Publication and Nursing. Earlier, the GOC, CIF (Delta) interacted with the aspirant trainees and the local prominent citizens. |
