| Court grants six days police remand of Ex-MLA | | |
Jammu, May -03-2019-(JNF):- Judicial Magistrate RS Pura today granted six days police remand of National Conference leader and former MLA from RS Pura, Gagan Bhagat who was arrested by the police yesterday from the Jammu Court complex.
Meanwhile in an application filed by Gagan Bhagat, today Municipal Magistrate Jammu directed police to file CD file tomorrow.
Gagan Bhagat was arrested by the police in FIR NO 66/2019 in which A complaint against Bhagat was registered by Sarpanch Seema Kumari in RS Pura three days back after both had entered into heated exchanges on the issue of installation of electric transformer in the village |
