Rajouri, May 19: Breaching model code of conduct ZEO Rajouri openly supported Congress (I) and criticised BJP and PM Nariender Modi on communal lines in its official gp and appealed every official to vote for Congress .
Pertinent to mention ZEO Rajouri Abdul Rashid in its official wsap group himself uploaded a video criticizing present regime of BJP on all fronts particularly creating division among communities. Video that was in song format clearly supported Congress and projected regime as the era of peace and prosperity .
Senior journalist of the area in official group of DC Rajouri who is also District Election Officer has expressed concern as a critical issue of violating Model Code of Conduct by an official who is sitting on a responsible position and is DDO of near about 450 teachers of the zone. They have sought action to set a deterrent for others.
District Election Officer must ensure suspension of above mentioned official and recommend proper enquiry of the matter. |
