5/21/2019 11:11:57 PM

Early Times Report
Jammu, May 21: Notwithstanding directions of Governor Satya Pal Malik, most of the officers are not available to solve day today problems of the common masses. Instead of following directions of the Governor these officers preferred to stay in their offices to avoid general public.
Common people are happy over Governor's rule in the state but some officers are trying to create wrong impression among people regarding Governor's rule because these officers are working on the directions of their political bosses.
Credible sources said some officers intentionally avoiding interaction with common masses because they wanted to create anger among people.
Governor Satya Pal Malik on May 8 had directed administrative secretaries of all government departments to remain accessible to the public. "To promote public outreach and speedy grievance redressal, the governor has directed the administrative secretaries to remain accessible to the public,", official order issued by the General Administrative Department (GAD) stated.
The Department had time-to-time directed the administrative secretaries not to fix any meeting during the time allotted for grievance redressal.
Once again, the department impressed upon the administrative secretaries to keep two hours from 1 pm onwards on a daily basis for the redress of grievances.
