| ReT Forum lists multiple demands | | | | Jammu, May 22: J&K ReT Teachers Forum has demanded immediate release of pending SSA salary as teachers who are not converted to Grade -II including under graduate teachers who are without salary for the last five months and are on the verge of starvation. In a press statement issued by state president Vinod Sharma, it is appealed to the Governor administration to release the pending salary of these teachers as they are suffering badly even on the eve of holy month of Ramzan. He also appeals the Governor administration to issue the order of Conversion to Teachers Grade II in favor of undergraduate teachers as they have been waiting for the same for a long time so that their salary issue gets resolved. He also urged the authorities of Education department to initiate the regularization process of RETs who have completed 5 years of period and are waiting for the same for last two years. State Chief Coordinator Sukhdev Singh Sumbria in a statement appealed to the Director school Education Jammu and DSEK to issue orders of teachers Grade II of left out graduates immediately after MCC so that these teachers may not suffer any more. |
