| ZEO Sathra violates orders on detachment of teachers | | | Rajesh Tandon

Poonch, June 12: Education department is in news for violating norms.
According to reports, ZEO Sathra violated the norms by providing 3 teachers for 6 students in a primary school.
It is pertinent to mention here that Director School Education issued an order on 07-05-2019 No DSEJ/GEN/16042-68 for immediate detachment of all teaching and non teaching staff.
This was followed by a direction of CEO Poonch urging all DDEO'S for immediate detachment of all staff under order no CEOP/1853-1971 Dated:- 08-05-2019 .
All the ZEO'S except ZEO Sathra issued orders regarding detachment of teaching and non teaching staff with immediate effect. ZEO Sathra didn't act accordingly and refused to implement the ordet.
Locals informed us ZEO Sathra violated all norms and rules and higher authority seems helpless against her authority. On contacting telephonically the Concerned ZEO informed the ratio of pupil: teacher is 1:20 on the other hand she provided 3 teachers for 6 students .Higher authority is already aware about these type of matters but remain silent against these types of officials in the department. |
