6/15/2019 11:34:28 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, June 15: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Saturday said that people should check the report cards of their former MLAs before they vote for them in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in different areas Munish informed the people that he would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency. "I have come to your door steps to seek your support to change Jammu and work for the welfare of the people of this city, which has been ignored by one and all," he said.
Munish said, "I request you all not to get carried away by the hollow slogans which politicians raise ahead of every election. Check their report card before deciding to vote for them. To elect your representative is your right. You need to utilize your vote rather than wasting it."
"The areas which I have visited during the past few days are facing number of issues and these need to be addressed on priority. Unfortunately the leaders, who were elected by the people, have not visited these areas after being elected. The forthcoming Assembly elections are a golden opportunity for you to reject the leaders, who have ignored you," Munish told the people.
