JAMMU, June 18: Acting on a written complaint, Police Station Bani registered a case against accused who kidnapped, raped and threatened.
On Tuesday two girls name withheld reported at Police Station Bani stated that they have been kidnapped by an unknown driver in four wheeler vehicle and way toward the Basholi side. On the way driver have given some medicines and Consumed it and they felt unconscious when reached at Hatli Morh two persons namely jamal Din son of zahir and Kamran son of Zahir both resident of Chandiyar tehsil Bani they taken them to a room and raped both the girls again and again and threatened them to do not disclose such incident to anyone otherwise they will kill.
On this case fir no. 20/2019 u/s 363,376,109 , 04pocso act has been registered at police station Bani. |
