| ABDPS organizes Vishal Bhandara | | | Jammu, June 30: A Vishal Bhandara organized by Akhil Bhartiya Dharam Prachar Samiti was inaugurated by Ghanshyam Shastri Ji in the presence of Bhupendra Shastri Ji, Janak Raj Ji Shastri and Phool Kumar Shastri Ji in an impressive and well attended ceremony for Baba Amarnath Ji pilgrims at Railway Station, Jammu. The function was started in a traditional manner by lighting a lamp by Ghanshyam Shastri Ji followed by Vedic Mantrocharan and Sholokas of Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta which graced the occasion and give peace to the mind and the body. Sunil Sharma, co-ordinator of the Samiti informed that like last year, this year also Bhandara is being organised by the people of Jammu Kashmir alongwith volunteers of Akhil Bhartiya Dharam Prachar Samiti, J&K and will continue till the end of Baba Amarnath Yatra. Pilgrims shall be served hygienic, delicious, energetic and "Satvik" Bhojan for all days besides there shall be special and exclusive arrangement for pilgrims observing fast on Ekadashi and other important festival dates. Such arrangement is available nowhere in Jammu transit camps.
The spokesperson of the Samiti, Parshotam Sharma informed that there is adequate arrangement of food for all pilgrims visiting from various states. |
