KATHUA, JULY 5- Deputy Commissioner, Dr Raghav Langar paid a surprise visit to Associated Hospital of GMC Kathua and took stock of the health care facilities, availability of doctors, medical staff and sanitation.
The Deputy Commissioner also inspected the emergency ward, in-patient units and other units of the hospital.
The DC interacted with patients and their attendants and enquired about the medical facilities being provided to them. He directed the Hospital administration to take necessary measures for improving the sanitation and patient care services at the hospital.
He further assured them that better medical facilities will be provided to them in line with the ace health institutions of the State.
The DC enjoined upon the medical and paramedical staff to serve the patients with utmost dedication and sincerity so that patients feel comfortable while receiving treatment and exhorted upon maintaining sanitation and hygiene in and around the Hospital building.
