JAMMU, July 11: A urgent meeting of Anganwadi Workers & Helpers Union J&K, Jammu was held today under the Chairmanship of Suman Suri President Jammu in view of the news report appearing in a section of the press regarding State Administrative Council decision in respect to disbursement of Honorarium of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helper through the medium of Panchayat under DBT mode.
We AWW & AWH term it as an arbitrary and called an unnecessary intervention of political alight represented through grass root representative like, Panchs, Sarpanchs, Councilor and Corporators. State Administrative Council decision reported held under the Chairmanship of Governor Satya Pal Malik is unacceptable to us. It is pertinent to mention that thousands of AWW & AWH Working in various ICDS Projects are 100% Women work force working committee perceive this order of SAC (Women work force) as an act of throwing this 100% WWF of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers as bait before the hunger wolf. |
