Deletion of 'seditious' clause of Articles 370, 35A war towards Jihadhis : Panun Kashmir
8/9/2019 10:30:59 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 9: Panun Kashmir termed the deletion of 'seditious' clauses of Article 370 and 35A as the first step towards the war against the grand design of Jihadi Muslim precedence in J&K to create an Islamic sharia republic under the guise of secularism.
While taking the stock of the emerging constitutional and political scenario in a meeting of its activists and members, Vijay Bhat President Panun Kashmir said, "Though the entire KP community is elated and jubilant by this act of waging a war against the subversion through constitutional safeguards to keep J&K a Sharia Jihadi State protected by Article 370 & 35A but the core Jihadi establishments that has created the orbits of social , political , religious and economic infrastructure are still intact, as the Kashmir valley has been completely transformed into a no-man's land for religiously cleansed KP's." Vijay Bhat emphasized that , " It would have been decisive and effective in the national interest if the state of J&K would have been comprehensively re-organised by carving out a separate homeland with union territory status in Kashmir valley for the religiously cleansed KP's in north & east of river Jhelum to start the process of reversal of genocide and guarantee against future refoulment permanently for the community with full scale mobilization of socio-political re-infrastructure as enshrined in the historic declaration of Margdarshan Resolution 1991 adopted by exiled KP's unanimously"
He further said, "Such a national opportunity does not emerge again in the annals of political resurgence. KP's are wonder struck where concerns of every section of J&K society have been accommodated but the human rights of KP's have been denied." It will enable the Jihadis another spring board to launch a tirade against the dis-empowered KP's. There is not any mention in the present provisions to protect the political rights, left over temple, shrines, lands & encroached the properties of the community. It raises many apprehensions and makes us believe that our nationalism and faith in Indian Nation has been taken for granted. Moreover, to keep the artificial wed-lock of Jammu and Kashmir intact, will allow Jihadi Separatists to consolidate the communal greater Jihadi Kashmir ploy to amalgamate the Muslim majority areas of so called Chenab Valley to weaken and shrink the Jammu nationalist space.
