COUNTRY SHALL REMAIN INDEBTED TO NARINDER MODI
8/11/2019 10:13:11 PM

R. B. SURI

5th August,2019 shall always be remembered in the political history of the country when the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution have been scrapped in the Indian Parliament once for all by the Union Government led by the dynamic Prime Minister Narinder Modi. The people of the country shall always be indebted to PM Narinder Modi for all the times to come. By getting the massive mandate from the countrymen in the Lok Sabha Polls this time PM Narinder Modi had already made the history and the made the in roots in the minds of the countrymen because of his great actions and deeds. We are really proud of him and keep our heads down before him. At the same time, it is very important to mention here that the countrymen will not forget the contributions made the last Maharaja Hari Singh Ji of the Dogra Kingdom founded by great state of Jammu and Kashmir by Maharaja Gulab Singh after purchasing the state from the Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Punjab against the payment of Rupees 75 Lakhs.
It was Maharaja Hari Singh Ji who made the Accession of Jammu and Kashmir to Union of India on October 26, 1947 after having signed the Instrument of Accession (IOA) which was accepted by the Vice Roy General Lord Mountbatten of the United Kingdom. The citizens of the country shall always remember the services rendered by the founder of the Jana Sangh Dr. Shyama Prashad Mukherjee who made the history by entering the state of Jammu and Kashmir thereby breaking the route permit system which was in place at that time under the regime of Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah as the Prime Minister of the state. The present dynamic Prime Minister of the country Narinder Modi has done the GOODBYE to the Articles 370 and 35 A of the Indian Constitution once for all. With the abrogation of the Articles 370 and 35 A of the Indian Constitution and now really the country has become as the one nation with the philosophy of EK NISHAN , EK VIDHAN , EK PRADHAN. Prior to the abrogation of the Articles 370 and 35 A of the Indian Constitution done by the Indian Parliament on 5th August,2019, there were two Constitutions were existing one in Jammu and Kashmir and the other one was the Indian Constitution. Besides the TRICOLOUR, the state of Jammu and Kashmir was having its own Flag also and the people of the state were enjoying the double citizenship in the country.
The Governor's administration led by the competent Governor Satya Pal Malik these days is picking up the threads and trying its hard to put this state back on the rails once again in the very interests of the Integrity and the Sovereignty of the country. The state of Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed many ups and downs in the past as it was being mismanaged by the dynastic Rules of the Abdullahs and Muftis since 1975 after the Indira-Sheikh Abdullah Accord. Many a pro people steps one by one are being initiated by the the Governor's administration led by the competent Governor Satya Pal Malik in the state. There are conclusive evidences that his administration is quickly managing the affairs of the state with a dedicated team of the officers of the State administration under the expert guidance of the five Advisors and the very competent Chief Secretary BVR Subramaniam as well. Whatever is being done by the Governor's administration for the welfare of the people of the state is coming into the print and electronic media regularly by way of the broad adds of the State Government in the news papers as also being noticed at the ground levels. As on date he is acting as the Governor of the state during the President's Rule but with effect from October 31, he will be the Lt. Governor of Jammu Kashmir Union Territory. With doing of the two Union Territories of J&K and Ladhakh more in the country, the total of Union Territories would rise to nine from seven at the moment and whereas the total number of the states under the Union Government would go down to 28 out of which seventeen are being governed by the BJP at the moment. Seeing the working of the Governor Satya Pal Malik's team and the government employees and the Police establishments, the Prime Minister of the country Narinder Modi has decided to create two more UTs in the country. On August 8, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi while making the broadcast to the nation for 40 minutes announced that the people of the proposed Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir would soon get chance to elect their representatives to the Legislative Assembly in transparent manner like Panchayats, Urban Local Bodies. Municipalities etc. and they will have their own young and energetic Chief Minister, Ministers and MLAs and assured full statehood to it once everything becomes normal but maintained that Ladakh will remain a Union Territory. PM Modi said that the Governor is being asked to hold elections to the Block Development Councils (BDCs) immediately. In an Address to the Nation on latest developments in Jammu and Kashmir including abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A and bifurcation of the State into two Union Territories - J&K and Ladakh, PM Modi in his 40 minutes address broadcast and telecast by the news channels and All India Radio at 8 pm on August 8 stated that there was family rule in the state for decades. Youths were not given opportunity to lead. Now, the youths will lead and take the J&K UT to the new heights. In his broadcast to the nation on August 8, the PM Modi announced that the government employees would get the number of the allowances and the other perks connected with their jobs very soon for which they were being denied earlier by the erstwhile government.
Dr.Karan Singh, son of a former J&K ruler, the late Maharaja Hari Singh who remained as the Sadar-e- Riyast, the Governor of the state besides remaining as the Union Cabinet Minister for years together has welcomed the fact that the bifurcation of the state meant there will be delimitation in future. There will be a fresh delimitation which, for the first time, will ensure fair division of political power between the Jammu and Kashmir regions. Dr. Karan Singh broadly backed the fresh developments and rather has shown his disagreement with blanket condemnation of Union Govt's move. Since the abrogation of the captioned Articles of the Indian Constitution was desired much in the interests of the Integrity and the Sovereignty of the nation PM Modi has done a remarkable job. With this action of the Modi government at the Centre, the J&K UT would prosper and the welfare of its people would be ensured by the Lt. Governor Satya Pal Malik by all means in the days to come. Looting of the government money by the politicians of the state shall be curbed.
The people of the country at large are making the jubilations over the decision of the Indian Parliament in scrapping up of the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution resulting which they are now free to buy any piece of land in Jammu and Kashmir. Not only this, they and their wards have become eligible to seek their appointments in the J&K UT Government.
The Governor's administration is fully determined to wipe out the militancy from Jammu and Kashmir once for all. It is pertinent to mention here that about 90 percent of the militancy in the valley has been wiped out by the Governor's administration and at the moment negligible percentage remains to be plugged which too be finished shortly.
All the Kashmir centric leaders who were day dreaming earlier have been tightened by the ED, NIA and the Income Tax Authorities resulting which they are feeling totally uncomfortable and passing their lives miserably. As is evident much from the actions of the Governor's administration that it is making the ACB more effective with the sharp teethes for bringing out of the various scams pertaining to the gross embezzlements and the gross financial irregularities in the PSUs and the Cooperative Institutions by the various tainted bureaucrats and the defeated politicians, it is likely that many more startling disclosures would be there and the same will come in the public domain soon.
The Almighty is such a great power in this Universe that it decides the destination and everything always and the PM Modi did the action in abrogating the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution due to his dynamism and the courage for which the nation shall remain indebted to him at all times to come. The continuation of the special status to J&K under the Article 370 would have smashed the entire country as the demands from the other states of the Indian Union for granting of the special status to them like J&K were cropping up like anything which could have put the Integrity and the Sovereignty of the country in danger. PM Modi has nipped the evil in the bud at the right moment thereby abrogating the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution and saved the situation to deteoriate further. Narinder Modi ! you are a real Patriot. God will remain at your back always. Nobody can stop you to carry the nation ahead to attain the status of Super Power like USA, Russia and China over the Globe.
