Bootlegger nabbed with 20 bottles of illicit liquor 8/11/2019 10:23:57 PM Early Times Report samba, Aug 11: Acting sternly against the sale of illicit liquor in the area, District Police Samba has arrested one bootlegger and recovered 20 bottles (750 ml each) of illicit liquor in the jurisdiction of P/S Bari Brahmana. Acting on specific information regarding the sale of illicit liquor at Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana, a Police Party of P/S Bari Brahmana headed by SHO P/S Bari Brahmana, Inspr. Darshan Singh under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana, Sh.Sunil Kesar arrested one person from Telli Basti identified as Sanjay Jathwar Bari Brahmana who was carrying the illicit liquor for selling among the people of the area and to make illegitimate profits. During checking, a total of 20 bottles (JK Desi Whisky 750 ml each) of illicit liquor were recovered from his possession. The said accused person was arrested and the contraband items were also seized.
