Jammu, Aug 14: Extending greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the eve of Independence Day of India, Bharatiya Janata Party has said that removal of Article 370 and 35-A of the Constitution of India is the most humble 'Tribute' to the brave martyrs who had laid down their lives here in J&K State since 1947 for complete integration and assimilation of this state with India.
Advocate Hunar Gupta, State Convenor Human Rights Cell of Bharatiya Janata Party said that this Independence Day is very special for every countrymen and especially for the people of J&K as it is for the first time for the past 72 years that only "Tri Color" shall fly in the sky of J & K and all other instruments and insignias of separatism that were continuing on the name of special status are being trashed giving the National flag its due designated place.
The BJP Leader also paid tributes to the martyrs and congratulated the peace loving people of Jammu and Kashmir State who have negated and failed all mischief's of Pakistan and its supporters and ensured peace despite all efforts by anti national forces to vitiate and communalize the situation after removal of Article 370 and 35-A. Terming Article 370 and 35-A as monumental obstacles, Gupta said their removal would usher a new era of development in the region and bring ample employment opportunities for local youth. He also appreciated PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for fulfilling their promises and to take bold decision of ensuing complete integration of J & K with India that was unfinished agenda till 5th of August and that BJP has fulfilled its poll promise made with the people of the country.
