| Centre not ready to involve J&K BJP leaders in framing rules for new UTs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 25 :While as Union Government is busy in drafting rules for newly formed two Union Territories (UTs) of Ladakh and Jammu-Kashmir, state unit of BJP is clueless about new system to be set in place in the newly carved units.
Publicly state unit leaders are claiming that they are well aware of the on-going developments related to Ladakh and Jammu-Kashmir but privately they are admitting that Centre is not taking them into confidence.
Credible sources said that Central leadership of BJP is very much aware majority of the state unit leaders inefficient and incompetent to deal with such a serious matter so it better to keep them away from the whole development. "Some state unit leaders who had enjoyed power, are still in touch with PDP leadership so high-command has decided not to share anything with them", sources and revealed that high-command is also annoyed over recent statements given by some state BJP leaders regarding future of Jammu province. Credible sources further revealed that recently some BJP leaders have tried to get information regarding new rules which are framed for newly formed UTs but Central leadership has bluntly told them not to intervene in such serious matter. Credible sources said that majority of state BJP leaders are exposed before the high command due to their corrupt practices during PDP-BJP regime. High-command, sources said, has authentic information how BJP ministers in the previous PDP led coalition regime, had shamelessly indulged in flourishing transfer industry. |
