| | 13,300 sq. kilometre land of India has been illegally occupied by Pakistanis called Azad Kashmir but that part of our Kashmir is infact worse than slave and can appropriately be called Gulam Kashmir meaning slave Kashmir. Ever since the tribal invasion of Kashmir in 1947 by the Pakistan tribals supported by the regular army of that country and the short sightedness of the first Prime Minister of India Pt. J.L. Nehru who announced unilateral ceasefire the bigger area of Jammu and Kashmir came to be occupied by Pakistan not only POK but Aksi Chin and Gilgat is also part of J&K. It has been stated by no less than the home minister Amit Shah while speaking in parliament on the resolution of abrogation of the article 370 and 35 (A) of the Indian Constitution which unnecessarily gave a special status and position to the state of J&K. There controversial and temporary articles are the roof of all separation, is secession and terrorism in J&K. The defence minister of India Rajnath Singh has made it clear that if talks with Pakistan are held, they will be on the retrieving of POK and he further said that no talks will be there with Pakistan till that country stops abetting, supporting of terrorism and using its soil for terrorist activities against India. After Defence minister's statement, the vice president of India Shri Venekia Naidu has said that if there is any issues of Kashmir between India and Pakistan, it is retrieving of PoK which is under illegal occupation of Pakistan.There is some meaning in there statements of big wings and it is clear that India has to take steps to liberate PoK from Pakistan's illegal occupation. All of us know that Indian government is bound by the Parliament resolution of 1994 where in it has categorically been resolved that Kashmir is the integral & inseparable part of India and what is required is that PoK has to be retrived. Therefore keeping the Parliament resolution in view, it is important and in the fitness of things to take steps to liberate PoK and make the territory under the illegal and unlawful occupation of Pakistan part of J&K which it rightly is. Therefore time has now come that PoK is retrived and made part of J&K. Now that the Union government has taken the historical and bold decision of scrapping of article 370 and 35 (A) by a lawful resolution in parliament and thus has done away the special provision and position of the J&K state. Thus J&K has now been made an integral part and parcel of India. The time is apportune to take the necessary steps for vacating the illegal occupation of PoK by Pakistan. Pakistan occupied Kashmir is the result of the blunder done by the first PM of India J.L. Nehru and now it is upto the present government of India and its bold and decisive PM Narinder Modi to take steps to annex PoK with India which will undo the blunder of the first Prime Minister of India. The people of PoK are discriminated and they live life of second clan citizens and there life is worse than salves and they live the life of abject poverty. Thus it is necessary to liberate PoK which is the only issue between India and Pakistan. The talks can be held on this issue only and on the issue of terrorism. Rest there is no other issue between the two neighbouring countries. Indian government at the time of accession of Kashmir was headed by J.L. Nehru and he has wrongly taken the issue of Kashmir to UN and thus has internationalized Kashmir issue. But now enough water has flown in river Jhelum and it is the time to reverse the wrong decision of that time and retrieving of occupied Kashmir is the best and only option. Infact the issue between India and Pakistan is of PoK and this should be retrived for the lasting peace in Indian Sub-Continent. |
