Jammu, Oct 5: Education Department Ramban in collaboration with the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), organised a camp for Children With Special Need (CWSN) at Government High School Ramsoo, today. SDM Ramsoo, Dilmir Choudhary was the chief guest on the occasion, where ALIMCO P&O Neeraj Kumar Verma, District Coordinator CWSN Ruhi Kundal, Team of Doctors from ALIMCO and staff members of school attended the camp. During the camp aid and assistive devices distributes including 9 wheel-chairs, 02 tricycle, 8 CP wheel chairs, 52 hearing aids, 23 MSIED kits, one smart canes, 14 crutches, 02 rolletor and one Braille kit among Children With Special Need. Speaking on the occasion SDM Ramsoo said that Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), had taken the measurement of the beneficiaries earlier. The aim of ALIMCO is to provide appropriate state-of-the-art assistive devices and rehabilitation services that meet the needs of PWDs across the world.
