TSO Kalakote accused of demanding commission from dealers

Jammu, Oct 22: Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO) allegedly minting huge money from the dealers for releasing carriage charges in faovour of dealers.
According to local the matter has been brought into higher authorises but no actions has been taken yet. "TSO Kalakote in connivance of some higher officers have made a large number of fake AAY and BPL Ration Cards on the base of political pressure and nexus while ignoring genuine and poor people and benefitted to the richest people and now a days they are uploading with Adhaar all such Ration Cards on government portal", they said, adding that 30 to 40 percent commission is being demanded by the TSO while releasing payment for carriage charges.
They said that the TSO Kalakote has been found, while doing this practice at the private residence of someone political person of Kalakote for which some responsible people called the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kalakote besides Assistant Director Rajouri TSO Kalakote but no action has been taken into the matter and the practice is continued.
"The supply of Kerosene is also being black marketed while making while showing its supply to different dealers and practically not releasing to them for which the solid evidences are available", they said.
Assistant Director, (FCSCA) Rajouri Mukhtyar Ahmed when contacted said that to look into these allegations an enquiry committee has been constituted. "I cannot comment on till report comes", he added.
