We are proud of our independent judiciary
Ravi Bhushan Suri12/3/2019 10:26:16 PM
Judiciary is above all in our democratic country. All are equal before the law of the land. No body whosoever is above the law. We are the largest Parliamentary Democracy in the World where the people of the country are equal before the law of the land. Indian Parliament, Supreme Court and the Executive are the three main pillars of our democracy which govern the country up to the great satisfaction of all the citizens of the land irrespective of their Caste, Colour or the Religions. We are proud of the same. Despite of many ups and down on the Indian polity, the country is going on very smoothly and gaining the growth and the development as well. Under the able and dynamic leadership of our Prime Minister Narender Modi, the country is progressing well and is attaining the new heights. The people of the country are having many expectations from the dynamic Prime Minister of the country Narender Modi who has made the history in taking the very bold decisions such as the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35 A of the Indian Constitution and removing of the special status to Jammu and Kashmi, ORO, GST, Demonetization of the currency notes of Rs.500 and 1000, Projecting of the Ayodhia case in the Apex Court in the right perspective, Abolishing of the J&K Constitution and its Flag and Making of the country is one fully with One Constitution and One Flag etc. etc. On this score the country shall remain indebted to him for ever.
5th August,2019 shall always be remembered in the political history of the country when the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution have been scrapped in the Indian Parliament once for all by the Union Government led by the dynamic Prime Minister Narender Modi. The people of the country shall always be indebted to PM Narender Modi for all the times to come. By getting the massive mandate from the countrymen in the Lok Sabha Polls this time PM Narender Modi had already made the history and the made the in roots in the minds of the countrymen because of his great actions and deeds. We are really proud of him and keep our heads down before him.
Many a laws are there in the various Statutes and the Enactments which empower the different court fora in the country to punish the offenders the guiltiest severely. At the same time many a judicial reforms are on the cards of the Union Government for the implementation in the right perspective.
A number of the so called saints and sadhus who alleged to have committed the rapes and found guilty after the massive trials against them in the various courts in the country are passing their lives in the various jails of the country. Among them the famous are Bapu Asha Ram and Ram Rahim. Upon their right infringements, many citizens of the country are knocking the doors of the courts and are getting, though late, the justice upto their great satisfaction. They have the regards for the Judiciary of the land.
One thing is crystal clear that the Supreme Court of India is not frightened with the pressure tactics of the Separatists and the Hurriyat leaders as had been experienced from its judicial history after the Country attained the freedom from the chains of slavery from the Britishers particularly after the judicial pronouncements made by it recently which include TRIPLE TALAK verdict .Also Indian judiciary made the land mark when a CBI Court, Panchkulla pronounced the judgment in Baba Ram Rahim case and given him the rigorous imprisonment of 20 years .
There is no match for KASHMIR on this universe and really it is a "HEAVEN" on this earth. But due to the nefarious designs of the enemy - PAKISTAN, it had suffered a lot because of the ongoing militancy in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir Centric Rulers in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir were treating it as the "FOOLS PARADISE" and went on exploiting the sentiments of the poor masses of the state to attain their nefarious goals. Because of the successive state Governments of Abdullahs and Muftis in the past, the state has reached to this volcanic stage. They have made Kashmir as a mess . After 1987, Jammu and Kashmir never remained stable and there always remained the uncertainty and almost total lawlessness as prevailed therein the state. All over quagmire existed and is still on thereby leaving no scope for the stability and development of the state. The militants outfits and the Separatists remained aggressive in destroying the peaceful atmosphere in the valley particularly at the behest of the neighboring country. J&K had become a quagmire of all this non sense. There remained always a reign of political opportunism in the state since 1953. Abdullahs and Muftis remained as the power hungry in one way or the other. Pertinent to mention here that during the NDA government under A.B. Vajpayee, National Conference remained in alliance with BJP and the former Chief Minister of the state Omar Abdullaha was the MOS in Vajpayee's cabinet. The same Omar Abdullah formed the State Government in 2009 with an alliance with the Indian National Congress (INC). Being the congressman earlier, Mufti Mohd. Sayeed remained as the Cabinet Minister in the state during the Congress rules in the state many a times. In 2015, the same Mufti Mohd. Sayeed shook hands with the BJP being the President of the PDP and he formed the State Government and became as the Chief Minister under the Agenda of Alliance. After his death in 2016, his daughter Mehbooba Mufti formed the State Government in 2016 with an alliance with the BJP once again and continued up to June 2018. They have added fuel to the fire, in fact, for bringing this sensitive state to the present volcanic stage. During her rule as the Chief Minister of the state she tried her best to introduce his younger brother into the state politics and took him as the Cabinet Minister into her cabinet.
More than seven decades after we attained the freedom from the clutches of the British slavery, the Kashmir Centric Leaders went on exploiting the sentiments of the poor people of state for their vested interests only resulting which the people of this economically backward state could not make much progress in this fast changing World. Lakhs of Crores of money and the financial aids were provided to the past Rulers of the state for the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society and the down trodden living in this sensitive state. Instead of making the concerted efforts for the betterment of the poor masses of the state, the Kashmir Centric Leaders who remained in power in the state from time to time remained extremely busy in exploiting the people of the state.
With the hectic and the concerted efforts of the Indian Army, Paramilitary forces and the J&K Police, there is a complete check on the militant activities in the state with firm hands but the militancy in the state has not been finished fully and yet there occur certain encounters between the militants and the security forces in the valley every now and then.
Very recently, the bench of the Senior most Lordships headed by the CJI Ranjan Gagoi of the Apex Court of the country has given the VERDICT on the Ayudhia - Babri Masjid case which shall be considered as the historical document in the judicial history of the nation. After the pronouncement of the VERDICT, no resentment was noticed from any quarter at all and, infact, the Muslim Community as a whole has welcomed the VERDICT. In accordance with the VERDICT, the RAM TEMPLE on the sizeable and spacious land would be constructed very soon under the able guidance and the supervision of the Hindu Trust. At the same time, a very beautiful MOSQUE would also be constructed by the Muslim Board over the piece of land measuring 5 acres of the land in Ayudhia. Many a luminaries in the Judiciary in the country have reached to the status of the Chief Justice of India such as Mehar Chand Mahajan, AN Ray, M. Hidayatullah, SM Sikri, YV Chanderchud, RS Pathak, MN Venkatchalliah, JS Verma, VN Khare, YK Sabharwal, RM Lodha, Dipak Misra, Ranjan Gagoi and others.
The erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir has also given its sons of the soil as the CJIs of the nation namely Dr. Adarsh Sen Anand and Tirath Singh Thakur. It is worth mentioning over here that Justice Tirath Singh Thakur is the son of late DD Thakur who too was the Justice of the J&K High Court who became as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state in the cabinet of Shiekh Mohammed Abdullah after Indira - Shrikh Accord in 1975. Justice Tirath Singh Thakur's younger brother Dhiraj Singh Thakur presently is the one of the Justices in the J&K high Court. We are really proud of them also.
Painfully it is being noticed that some Muslim organizations in the country are planning to challenge the VERDICT after thought. They may go for Reviewing of the same before the Apex Court of the country. Done is done. It cannot be undone, the Muslim Community should note of the same as the Watch cannot be reversed. It is of no use to cry over the spilt milk.
There certain people and the leaders of the some political parties, who are not in favour of the reversal of the special status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, are raising their voices on this score. They want that the special status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir be restored immediately. They are living in the fools paradise. Modi's government at the Centre has done a remarkable job in making the country as One with One Flag and the One Constitution. Let them die with this malafide attention as the people of the country want to see the full Integrity and the Sovereignty of the country come what may.
